Method::

Soak the paneer in warm water for 20 minutes. It prevents the paneer from getting dry while cooking.

For marinade: Mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic, spices,salt ,oil, and chili garlic chutney.

Drain the paneer and add it to the marinade. Add the the diced peppers and onions. Mix so that the paneer and vegetables are coated well. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.

If using wooden skewer, soak them in water for  10 minutes.

For Air Fryer : Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF(200ºC). Arrange the paneer, pepper and onions on skewers.

Air fry or bake for 10-12 minutes untill well cooked on  all sides. Turn over or rotate the skewers for even cooking. Cooking time may vary depending on the oven.

For stovetop method: Heat a heavy bottom griddle and grease it. Arrange the skewers on the griddle and cook on medium-high heat, turning them over after 5-6 minutes..

Serve with salad and green chutney. You can also make wraps with paneer tikka and add your favourite sauces or chutney.
