Vegetarian Wontons

Wontons are a type of very popular Asian dumplings. Wontons are small parcels stuffed with delicious filling and are available in many forms: steamed, pan/deep-fried or in wonton soup. This vegetarian wonton recipe is made using stir-fried vegetables and paneer(Indian cottage cheese). You can use tofu for vegan version. My family loves dumplings and I make them often. You can prepare the wontons ahead of time and freeze them and use as needed. I am sharing both steamed and pan-fried(potstickers) methods to cook wontons.
